Paul’s main expertise is in engineering and custom design of machinery and process systems. His customer list is long and varied. He has managed large staffs and small, and been an employee of large firms and small. While he was Vice President of Bulk Process Equipment and Bulk Process Systems, Inc. in Baltimore he managed capital projects up to $13 million, mainly in the bulk material handling and high speed packaging industries. Paul is exceptionally skilled at 2D and 3D and virtual equipment layouts, and at working as leader of a design team with customers. His attention to detail, getting it right the first time, and knowledge of the industry and general mechanical engineering principles are the cornerstone to our offering as president of PSD.
David Cloud recently served as the director of intellectual property strategy development for the Boeing enterprise. Dave has over 25 years of experience in aerospace with much of it in leadership roles including program management, technology development, engineering, operations and intellectual property. He is known across many industries as a technical leader and a strategic thinker with multiple global patents to his credit. Dave is a graduate of Villanova’s Executive MBA program and also has a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Neumann University. He is a professor at Neumann University teaching systems thinking and strategic planning.
